Relocation, relocation! Uprooting your work and home life is a big deal and the stress it brings can weigh heavy.
I grew up moving quite a bit (3 countries, 3 provinces, and many schools!). With experience comes a vast amount of knowledge and I like to share that with those in need of a helping hand. No strings attached. And I mean that. In one of my chats someone asked “you give all this information for free?” and I was a little shocked that anyone would ask for money to provide what is “everyday knowledge” for realtors.
Aside from the real estate side of things, I can recommend different ways to get your car and belongings to your new home and provide information on the differences between living/ renting/ owning in Alberta vs Ontario; so there are no surprises as you navigate this relocation.
On the real estate side of things, I will set up your real estate relocation team!
I connect you to listing agents in your home town – you do the interviews and pick your agent. From there your team and I work together to get you connected with a mortgage agent, a home inspector once you place an offer, lawyer options and all the other 3rd party companies you might need. Once your home is secured, I will assist you with setting up utilities and connecting you to your new local community. You might even end up with a bucket list of hikes and activities to do!
My goal is to decrease some of the research load, decrease the feelings of overwhelm with all the little details and decrease any loneliness that may come once home.
