I am so glad you are considering working with me on your upcoming real estate transaction!
What a meeting with me looks like:
I believe in a no-obligation approach to meeting my potential clients. Just because you called me with a quick question or requested to interview me, it does not mean you are forced to work with me. I believe every personality has a match – and this 100% applies to the real estate agent you choose!
I encourage potential clients to interview other agents they are considering so they are fully aware of what services are available to them.
Our first meeting will likely be over a warm drink (or via phone if that is most convenient). I will allow you the space to ask me any questions you have, and I will have some questions for you as well. These question are not about your budget and desired closing date (those are for a later conversation), but rather question to get to know YOU.
Things I keep in mind when speaking with a potential client:
1. Do I know the area you are wanting to move into?
If I do not feel confident to say “Yes!”, I will refer you to an agent that does know the area. Why? Because I am not here to “simply make a sale”, I am here to match you with your dream home. And that means ensuring you are in the right part of town for your family’s wants and needs.
2. Does your time frame meet my availability?
If you are pressed for time, I will go over a few different options I have to offer. My career is about ensuring clients get the services they are looking for and in the time frame they are needed.
One very important form we will discuss:
If our meeting goes well and you are further considering signing with me for your upcoming real estate transaction, we will go over information found on a form called “Working with a Realtor”. This form outlines some of your options when working with a real estate professional as well as what my duties are to you.
